Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. We will also accept returns if the item is faulty or not as described.
2. Non-Returnable or Exempt Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items, including underwear
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Digital or downloadable products where access begins immediately (e.g. software downloads)
- Gift cards or gift wrapping services
- Selected health and personal care items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind within 14 working days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, including the original delivery charge.
Please note, however, that return postage costs are not refundable.
To process a return, we require proof of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt, please provide your full name, address, and order number. Once your order has been located, we will issue a returns label.
Important: You are responsible for returned items until they are received by us. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Please note: refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that your refund has been issued but have not yet received it, please first check your bank account or card statement.
If it is not showing, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
4. Discounted Items
If an item was purchased using a discount code or voucher, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, not the original listed price.
