At Sticker Brigade, we take great care to ensure your order is dispatched quickly and arrives in excellent condition.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £12, with affordable shipping options available for orders below this amount.

Dispatch Times

We operate a same-day dispatch service on most orders.

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability and security checks)
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday
  • Orders placed on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day

  • FREE on orders over £12
  • From £2 for orders under £12

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
  • £3

Royal Mail Next Day

  • Estimated delivery: 1 working day

Important:

  • The 2:00pm cut-off applies to all same-day dispatch orders
  • Selecting Next Day Delivery does not prioritise your order for faster dispatch—it only applies once the parcel has been shipped
  • We may occasionally use alternative couriers such as DHL, Yodel, or DPD

International Delivery

We currently do not offer free international shipping.

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Rates:

  • Europe: £16 flat rate
  • USA & Canada: £25 flat rate
  • Rest of World: £20 flat rate

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Sticker Brigade does not collect or pay taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Carrier handling fees

These charges are not included in your order total and may vary depending on your country, order value, and courier.

While these fees are not always applied, they can occur. Failure to pay them may result in delays, your parcel being held, or returned to us—potentially incurring additional costs.

Additional Information

  • Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed
  • Picking and packing times are not included in delivery estimates
  • We do not offer priority picking or packing services
